De functie
As a Payroll & HR Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for our international clients regarding local HR and payroll needs. You will not only ensure that the payroll administration of our customers runs smoothly, but you also help them with other aspects related to HR, such as, however not limited to, Belgian social & labour law.
- You are part of a team of specialists that unite their knowledge in implementing and handling payroll processing for international clients.
- You ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for each individual
- You have or will acquire in-depth knowledge of the selected payroll software.
- You build close relationships with your clients’ stakeholders.
- You ensure a top-notch client service delivery according to their quality standards.
- You have ownership of day-to-day deliverables to your clients, able to apply in depth knowledge of your files.
- You will provide high quality standard and non-standard payroll processing in line with Belgian legislation and client’s policies for sign-off by management.
- You deal with various HR-related questions from often international clients who depend on you to ensure their Belgian activities run smoothly from an employment perspective.
- You will be committed to deliver work in line with the agreed customer and/or legal deadlines.
Het profiel

- You have a Master’s in (social or labour) law or a Bacholor’s in HR?
- You have minimum 4 years of experience as Belgian payroll & HR consultant in an international context
- You are energized by the consulting environment in its total diversity
- You are people-oriented and you love people management
- You have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- You have excellent planning and organization skills
- You are a critical thinker and you have excellent problem-solving skills
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills with different stakeholders
- You love to proactively share knowledge with your team
- You have a commercial zest and track record
- You bi-lingual, i.e. fully proficient in NL/ENG and/or FR/ENG?
