The U.S. Embassy in Brussels is looking for a Human Resources Assistant - Recruiter to join the team.

Description de la fonction

Jobholder manages and administers recruitment for the U.S. Embassy, U.S. Mission to the EU, U.S. Mission to NATO and attached agencies. Works directly with a variety of individuals and offices on an efficient outreach and guides selected candidates until onboarding. Monitors policies and guidelines to recruit in accordance with the established recruitment regulations.


Description du profil

EDUCATION: Two years of full-time college or university studies.

EXPERIENCE: 3 years HR experience with a broad exposure to recruitment and hiring.

LANGUAGE: English + Dutch or French.
