Tax and Legal - Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities

KPMG’s Global Mobility Services (People Services) practice brings together a wealth of tax, technology, immigration and mobile administration services to make managing a global workforce easier, safer and more efficient.

As administrator you will be responsible for the day to day assistance in the management of the People Services department. This includes the following tasks:

  • Assisting & advising within the immigration process;
  • Various administrative tasks, such as filing taxes, payroll assistance, project follow-up, expat status application follow-up, etc.;
  • Follow-up of tax filings, checklists, control reports and other files and e-mails;
  • Electronic filings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You hold a Master’s Degree;
  • Your are fluent in Dutch, French and English;
  • You manage MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the Internet;
  • Your organizational skills, motivation and flexibility are your daily assets;
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic team where everybody supports each other;
  • You’re communicative and self-managing;
  • You work precisely and meticulously;
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus, but certainly not a prerequisite.
