Inbound Operations Manager M/F

• Lead DC inbound departments to maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency for inbound operations by setting and reach ad hoc kpi’s (Incoming, Buffer/Storage, VAS/Quality), “Moves” and PSR (Garment Care)
• Manage and ensure an efficient planning and optimization of the flow of garment across all inbound departments
• In close collaboration with Controlling, manage the overall profitability based on cost effectiveness through accurate planning & budget follow up and by using cost saving initiatives
• Lead the department with the Team Leaders to ensure logistic capacity needs in alignment with Outbound Manager and DC Manager
• Support Inbound Departments to resolve issues, & ensure close alignment with Controlling and Import / Export, where relevant
• Responsible to recruit, develop and retain talents for Inbound departments according to capability needs and forecasted capacity requirements
  

• Strong operational logistics expertise to effectively manage and develop the DC Inbound operations
• At least between 5-10 years of significant experience in Logistics Management positions
• Strong leadership and experience in managing large teams in unionized environment
• Agile mindset with a positive attitude to lead and manage change
• Deep understanding of end to end DC processes and garment flow
• Solid knowledge in operational logistics standards and supply chain as well as sustainability intakes
• Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approach
• Ability to encourage collaboration, cocreation and people development by empowering others
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Inclusive & empathetic towards others whilst encourage diversity
• Self-awareness, understanding your impact on others and contribution to the whole group
• Fluent written and spoken in French and English
