What can you expect from your job?

  • Do you need variation? Together with the Internal Sales team, you support the sales process from A to Z:
  • You support our business developers in preparing quotations for existing and new partners.
  • You are responsible for a correct data input in our CRM-System (Odoo) and for a structured follow-up.
  • You closely monitor the delivery times and inform our partners if necessary.
  • You are responsible for determining and booking the most suitable transport for our worldwide shipments and you prepare the necessary transport documents.
  • You are responsible for sending the invoices to our partners;
  • Are you a multitasker? You take incoming calls, you manage e-mails and redirect them to the right person.
  • Do you love having international contacts? You are in contact with Smappee partners from all over the world.
  • Does building and maintaining sustainable partnerships gives you energy? As POC for our Smappee Partners, you are responsible for reporting recurring problems, complaints, or other bottlenecks so that they can be tackled on long term.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree, or you have several years of experience in a similar position.
  • You can express yourself in Dutch, English, and French. If you have knowledge of Spanish or Italian, it’s an added value.
