International Business Development Manager - Trilingual FR / DE / ENG

Since 1984, we’ve been a recognized company in the horse care industry, and we’re looking for our future International Business Development Manager fluent in French, German, and English, to cover all our export markets and drive our growth. As our new International Business Development Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind all operations in our growth strategy.

Your main missions ????

· You develop and participate to the implementation of the company’s global sales strategy across all its markets (products, prices, fairs, offers, promotional actions)

· Build strong relationships with existing partners, while hunting down new prospects worldwide and forging strong partnerships with key accounts

· Drive revenue, margins, and growth to new levels

· Targeting and developing promising new markets

· Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market needs and spotting new product opportunities

· Monitor the competition through product benchmarking

· You will be involved in planning and participation to the majorevents from our industry

You’ll have robust support from our dynamic & talented marketing team to drive demand, as well as from our Event Manager to organise our trade fair participations.

Your profile????

· Very driven, enterprising, and results-oriented with a strong hunter mentality

· You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in business/economics or international sales

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development and Export Sales

· You like teamwork, you’re flexible and can adapt quickly to any situation

· Your language skills: fluent in French and English, German is a plus (B2 level)

· You like to travel and you’re not afraid to move up to 50% of your time

· A previous experience in the equine industry is a plus

· You are familiar with the Office suite
