An attractive and challenging, super-international HR role, supporting the IPCOS business in all HR related matters!

IPCOS is an international, dynamic, technical consultancy company, headquartered in Leuven (Belgium) with 80 employees worldwide - spread over 7 offices across the globe.

It is IPCOS’ mission to help its worldwide customers to further digitalize their plants with a view to improving asset performance. IPCOS project engineers deliver tailor-made, state-of-the-art digitalization solutions to the international process industries. We have delivered more than 500 projects in 50 locations in 30 countries.

Due to our exponential growth, we are looking to hire anenthusiastic and driven HR professional to strenghten the existing HR team. The position is based in Leuven, but the role is very internationally oriented. You will report into the HR Manager and will support IPCOS in the implementation of its growth strategy:

Development, implementation and/or optimization of HR processes/programs: You work with the HR manager and the business in translating IPCOS’ strategy into concrete HR programs, such as employee well-being, performance management, talent development, employer branding, reward programs, retention programs ...

Talent acquisition: you manage the recruitment process for engineering and software engineering profiles from start to finish for any of the 7 IPCOS offices. For that purpose you work closely with line managers to determine the specifics of a to-be-hired profile, you set out a recruitment strategy and you follow through till point of hire. Other activities include (but are not limited to) job fair participation, work permit applications, on and off-boarding of employees ...

In addition you are a true sparring partner and coach towards anyone in the organization on HR-related matters.
You will travel occasionally to the international IPCOS offices.

Requirements:

You hold a master’s degree and have minimum 5 years of experience in a broad, ideally international HR role with some focus on international recruitment of technical profiles. You speak and write fluent English.
Passionate about people, diversity and cultural differences, you easily develop close relationships with employees and management.
You combine a results-driven, hands-on mentality with an appetite for strategic development of the HR function. You love to take ownership and initiative.
