Roles & Responsibilities

Being involved in:
  • Candidate sourcing through various job boards (LinkedIn, My job campaign, Indeed, etc.)
  • Supporting the requisition process for graduate and experienced hires from beginning to end: job description creation, screening, interviewing, business briefing, etc.
  • Campus Recruitment and the roll-out of selection days for graduates
  • Learning & Development programs
  • Onboarding programs and employee engagement initiatives
  • Furthermore, you will contribute to the HR team’s knowledge development by following recent trends in HR and by working with HR effectiveness measurement tools.
Internship period:
  • Between September - June (the exact period will be determined by mutual agreement).
  • Fulltime or part-time employment

Skills & Qualifications

  • You are a final-year Bachelor’s student or Master’s student and you have a passion for Human Resources.
  • You possess strong conceptual thinking skills and a passion to realize pragmatic solutions.
  • You are a good communicator, client-oriented, pro-active, and a real team player.
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
