SAP Service cloud is a cloud-based solution that connects customer service operations to the entire value chain, accelerating issue resolution and increasing profitability. The solution connects customer contacts from different channels in one solution to enable a consistent service experience across any contact channel. Current SAP customers see great opportunities in this new tool but expect a guidance in setting things up. This is where AI comes in to help initialize the classification.

Goal

  • Create algorithms to classify incoming customer requests and tickets from multiple sources.
  • Test the algorithms on multiple cases and volumes.
  • Analyze the rate of correctness of the algorithms and propose improvements.
  • Demonstrate a proof of concept to senior tech colleagues from Capgemini

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, commercial engineering, TEW, information systems, …
  • You are passionate about IT innovations and technologies
  • You know how to get to work, and you shape your own internship
  • You are curious, take initiative and you are solution-oriented
  • You are driven, enthusiastic and a team player
  • Language: working level English and Dutch or French
