Context

Following continued growth and increasing client demands, the Capital Markets department of CBRE BeLux is looking for a motivated Investment Analyst.

Summary
As Investment Analyst in the Capital Markets team, you would advise both international and local investors in their investment activities of commercial real estate in Belgium and Luxembourg. You would join a team of 15 professionals that has been market leader for 4 years in a row.

Your mission
Your main tasks will include:
  • Understand the dynamics of the commercial real estate market and its main stakeholders
  • Analyze research reports of the different asset classes and provide critical insight on market assumptions
  • Support the preparation of strategic service proposals
  • Undertake investment and development project feasibilities
  • Responsible for investment analysis, cash flow modeling and deal structure advice based on in-house market knowledge and in-depth economic research
  • Prepare marketing collateral including investment memoranda
  • Follow-up of commercial real estate investment transactions including setup and management of a complete data room and coordination of the due diligence process
  • Prepare detailed purchase and sale reports
  • Contribute to the innovation and digitalization of the CBRE Capital Markets processes
Your profile
  • You have a master’s degree in economics, finance, technical studies or equivalent with previous professional experience in consulting, audit, or similar positions
  • You have the ambition to contribute to the market leadership of the company
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in in English, Dutch and French
Your skills
  • You combine strong analytical skills with a “hands-on” and entrepreneurial attitude
  • You are fast learning, a team player with good presentation skills and attention to detail
  • You can follow-up several projects in parallel and prioritize your work to meet the deadlines
