Your Role

We are looking for a Teamleader IS for our Contract Logistics division in BeNeLux, that would be working from Geel.
Your Responsibilities
  • As IS Manager you are responsible for directing, guiding and supervising the IS team, which consists of a team of Support Analysts, Warehouse System Specialists and Superusers.
  • You are responsible for solution design and development of standard concepts and IS landscapes together with the experts in your team. Together with the Head of IS Benelux you define the IS strategy and roadmap.
  • You take care of short and long term resource planning to ensure a stable environment in which work can be done according to priorities.
  • You are a reliable stakeholder for the rest of the organization. You are involved in policy adjustments, customer implementations, business development and operational changes.
  • You are responsible for release management and continuous improvement of our WMS systems in BeLux.
  • You are responsible for a stable performance of our IS environment and you and your team provide sufficient permanence to keep the systems operational 24/7.
  • You act as a coach for the team and ensure that the necessary training is provided.

Your Skills And Experiences
  • Master in Information Management or equivalent through experience.
  • You have 5-7 years of experience in managing and motivating a team of experts. You are communicative, people minded and development oriented.
  • You have extensive experience with the design, development, performance and optimization of various WMS systems and you are able to manage teams in this.
  • You are process oriented and have good knowledge of the operational processes.
  • You are analytically strong and have experience with project work.
  • You are stress resistant and you feel good in complex and changing environments.
  • You are trilingual (Dutch/French/English).
