We are a professional services firm established in 1972 that has a long-standing reputation for unrivaled technical and analytical support to some of the top decision makers in the Federal Sector. We do state of the art work and have a cadre of outstanding professionals on our team.

Responsibilities

The main requirement is to be able to move large, existing, data elements from one place to another but ensuring this is undertaken in a best practice method and carefully tested by users before moving to a live environment, Data to data mapping and a close liaison with data owners must be undertaken before any changes take place. Our AMPO (Asset Management Programme Office) will facilitate the initial discussions.

Data is held on three networks NATO Secret, NATO Unclassified and NATO Restricted.
  • The amalgamation of multiple asset databases into a single repository, The Asset Register
  • Liaison with the database Users
  • The creation of processes (in a required format and style) that ensure that AM data is correctly maintained throughout and beyond the data transfer. Maintain the data accuracy
  • The processes must be checked and approved by the Users in question and Once approved for use, the processes must be loaded on to a Sharepoint database.
  • Once data is transferred to the single Asset Register, it must be automated to enable automated updates
