One of my exclusive clients, an award-winning manufacturing business with a presence across more than 30 countries, is searching for a Junior - Medior IT Business Analyst to join their growing business. They offer globally recognized smart solutions, their IoT platform is used in the most prestigious Smart City projects, they empower people, impact lives, support communities, and transform spaces, cities and the planet.

Role responsibilities:
  • Support system roll out in different countries
  • Train users on newly implemented Sales and Marketing tools to help the organization to get up to speed in its digitalization process
  • Help implement and fine tune local ways of working to fit the global business process
  • Suggest tools adaptation to ease local tool adoption
  • Help specify tools new developments
  • Support users after system roll-out

Skills & Experiences preferred:
  • Excellent communication in English & French
  • 2 years of relevant experiences as a Business Analyst
  • Master Degree in Business Aministration/Business Processes
  • Experiences/knowledges of Dynamics CRM/D365 CE, Jira, CPQ, Mavim would be a huge plus
