Are you looking for a new challenge? Our client is a business law firm of more than 100 people, located in Brussels and Ghent, is recruiting an IT technician!

Description

The tasks
In order to support us in our daily work, we are looking for an IT Technician, you will be required to take care of the following tasks
  • Manage user accounts (Active Directory)
  • Ensure data security (back-up procedures, manage passwords and access)
  • Manage IT resources (Hardware/Software)
  • Carry out the inventory and orders of computer equipment
  • Manage the association’s printers, computers and telephony
  • Prepare video conferences in the meeting rooms
  • Install/test new hardware/applications and set up parameters
  • Manage procedures and documentation of the IT infrastructure
  • Be on the front line during incidents and provide assistance to users (helpdesk)
  • Follow up on IT requests and problems
  • Propose and follow up on new IT projects
  • Participate in the meetings of the IT commission and write the minutes

Your profile

Your profile
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch
  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
  • You are familiar with the Windows 10 environment, Office 365, Azure, VMWARE and Veeam suites and RDS
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
  • You have a confirmed knowledge of networks: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, WIFI, IGEL.
  • You are a good team player, with good listening skills
  • You are user oriented
  • You are flexible and manage your stress in a positive way
