Then you’ll want to join our IT Infrastructure teamas the IT Infrastructure Industrial Engagement Lead,based in our offices in Belgium.

As the IT Infrastructure Industrial Engagement Lead you will oversee at a global level the Industrial IT Infrastructure portfolio of projects to ensure IT Infrastructure alignment while delivering innovative .

Towards our internal and external stakeholders, you are a strategic partner, anticipating technology needs and contributing to shaping the IT Infrastructure roadmap of solutions and services.

• Apply your passion for building strong and collaborative relationships with internal external stakeholders to ensure alignment towards a common strategy
• Utilize your technical and functional knowledge to identify IT Infrastructure business requirements and reconciliate conflicting information
• Use your Program management skills to coordinate complex initiatives, driving the scope and results while ensuring quality “run” and reporting activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and services
  

You Will Contribute By

• Driving and promoting the IT Infrastructure strategy amongst all stakeholders
• Capturing IT Industrial initiatives and identifying IT Infrastructure requirements
• Using your strong facilitation, negotiation and problem resolution skills to lead key initiatives where IT Infrastructure is highly involved
• Tapping into your passion for continuous growth by staying up-to-date with new technologies, potential needs, and industry evolutions
• Understanding and owning IT infrastructure budget of Industrial projects – CAPEX and OPEX budget
  

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

• 10 years’ experience in IT Management role in a global company, preferably Pharma industry
• Experience in managing IT projects in Manufacturing domain
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology, processes
• Strong all-round knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies: MS Windows, Server (MS/Linux), virtualization (VmWare, Citrix), Network and Firewall
• Ability to plan and understand OPEX/ CAPEX mechanism
• Solid communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues (SMEs) and clients both at a high-level and at a technical level
• Ability to develop productive business relationships with internal team members through cooperation, courtesy, and professionalism
• Effective presentation, documentation and report writing skills
