Cooperates in squad’s on transversal topics with the IT service Center (e.g. knowledge) or projects having impact on End user support

Qualifications

Active directory (users , groups)

CISCO CUCM and webex administration

Xerox administration tools (XDA) and equitrac

Profound IT hardware workplace knowledge (computers, printers)
