What you will do:

As an IT Service Desk Analyst I, you are an integral part of the team dedicated to IT Support and together with your colleagues you will be the first point of contact for all users within the EMEA region for all IT issues.

You will contribute by:

  • Providing a high ’first call fix’ rate , whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Providing IT technical onsite support in our Benelux offices.
  • Managing, troubleshooting and distributing end-user hardware tools.
  • Participating in ad hoc projects within EMEA
  • Identifying and escalating recurring technical problems
  • Delivering outstanding ITSM

What you will bring to the role as an IT Service Desk Analyst I:

  • Experience or relevant understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft OS, Office 365 and/or networking skills are advantageous.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of Mobile Device and Hardware (Laptop/Desktop, Tablet, Smartphone) support
  • Good general knowledge of IT and IT terminology
  • A motivated self-starter requiring minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
  • A good team player who is both flexible and adaptable under pressure
  • Courteous, approachable and have a strong customer service ethos
  • Able and willing to travel within the Benelux as required
