Functieomschrijving

As an IT support analyst you the purpose of this position is to support the company’s IT portfolio, respecting time, cost and quality objectives.

You are able to set up new workstations with no problem andlove to investigate technical problems.

You support of the IT manager and participate in the daily activities.
  • You support and maintenance of the systems, applications and basic network problems
  • You provide IT support for hardware & software applications to employees, by telephone, by e-mail and on premise (Ghent and Roeselare)
  • You can do the installation and configuration of hardware and software (printers, desktops, laptops, updates, DECT phones, ...)
  • You are setting up new workstations
  • You can create new users with Active Directory
  • You investigate technical problems and assist in resolving them
  • You keep track of the hardware and software registry
Profiel
  • You can operate independently
  • You have a Bachelor degree in IT ( VDAB degrees are also ok) or + 2 years of experience
  • You have knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows server 2016/2019, AD, DHCP and Office applications is required, Office 365, Power BI, SAP is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • You have the analytical, problem-solving thinking ability
  • You love solving problems and come up with solutions
  • You can start immediately!
