For our Cardiac Rhythm Management division, we are recruiting a Jr Field Technical Engineer for Wallonia and Luxembourg.

This is a Technical sales support position where the individual is responsible for servicing the current customer base, with high level technical service on clinical procedures and products. S/he will be responsible for effectively dealing with customer ’s needs towards assistance for CRM procedures and technical support. S/he will have an in-depth understanding of our product lines and will play a key role of supporting the sales team.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Give high qualitative technical and clinical application support to customer base
  • Actively collaborate with the sales team in order to ensure efficient sales support to CRM procedures and technical support allowing more selling time to the sales team to achieve sale quota per plan
  • Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies in respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, expense reporting and Quality guidelines.
  • Follow the best practices guidelines before and after the sales support
  • Maintain thorough knowledge/awareness of competitive products/business strategy
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner and with highest integrity
  • Is responsible to comply with the H.C.P. guide lines
Your Profile
  • Qualified individuals will have a B.S. degree in technical or medical sciences or minimum 5 years similar experience. Must have a clear understanding of the Cardiovascular market in the territory.
  • French/English spoken + Dutch is a plus
  • Good knowledge of office directed software
  • Natural abilities (team player, stress resistant, discretion, good communicator)
