We are looking for a Jr. Partnerships Developer to help develop the key and strategic relationships with local and (inter)national partners to promote Maasmechelen Village as a touristic & shopping destination!

What you will be doing

• Develop strong relationships with local, national and international partners to promote Maasmechelen Village as a touristic destination in addition to the shopping destination.
• Develop relationships with 4 & 5 star hotels to build partnership packages, to encourage their guests to discover, shop and recommend ‘The Bicester Collection’.
• Develop partnerships with corporate business such as credit card companies, banks, to increase the purchase of partnerships packages and gift cards.
• Attend networking events to promote Maasmechelen Village in the Bicester Collection.

• Experience in a sales position, tourism, hospitality or luxury brand segments is beneficial but not mandatory. We are looking for someone with strong business development skills and a great communicator. Someone who is agile and eager to discover the Benelux Retail, Hospitality & Tourism market.
• Fluent in English, Dutch or French, any other European language would be beneficial.
• Computer literate with high proficiency of Microsoft Office and Salesforce of other similar customer database.
• A process orientated and solution driven person.
• You are a team player, and have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Possess an international mind-set and an open mind.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
