ABOUT THIS VACANCY

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and managing your own customer base consisting of strategic and corporate accounts, active in the FMCG sector. You conduct sales calls to achieve your challenging quarterly targets. In addition, you ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing questions and complaints quickly and adequately. You work in a young and enthusiastic team and report to your Team Leader. You are given freedom and responsibility. In addition to a thorough induction period, you will learn a lot on the job and work closely with your teammates and manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain relationships with your customers through frequent contact to understand their omnichannel and product-centric challenges and translate them to ensure continuous growth and optimization.
  • Understands your clients’ processes and challenges and becomes an extension of their organization to identify opportunities and turn them into proposals;
  • Introduces our services to new customers in a professional manner and takes customers on the adventure to optimize their omnichannel strategy.
  • You are the go-to person when it comes to contractual contacts with our customers. You will be responsible for managing and negotiating the contract renewals to ensure the growth of the account.
  • You are the main point of contact for customers to ensure that new products, campaigns and other product data projects are completed on time within certain deadlines.
  • Monitoring the order process from A-Z;
  • Thinking about improving turnover and customer satisfaction;
  • You will work closely with the customer support team who will help you with the day-to-day operational activities for your customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grad level eager to learn & develop or 1 years of experience.
  • General interest in FMCG and in particular e-commerce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Speaks fluent Dutch or French and good English.
  • Feels comfortable in a dynamic environment and has a competitive mindset.
  • Is individually strong and independent, but can also perform well in a team setting within a diverse team.
