Our client, active in the financial sector, is looking for their new consultant.

As an analyst in the Executive Compensation team, you will be working on client assignments from the moment you start.
You will be working on a variety of projects across various industries with a diverse team of colleagues, under the support and guidance from more senior colleagues.

Your work will include:
  • Working on various projects for different clients, for instance in Compensation and Benefits and Finance.
  • Conducting various analyses
  • Ccreating reports
  • Keeping up to speed on market developments
  • Working on business development initiatives.

Your profile

  • Master degree in preferably (Business) Economics or Business Administration (Finance or Strategy);
  • Affinity with financial and HR-related topics and interested in compensation issues;
  • Pro-active with strong social skills (team player);
  • A problem solver; able to identify and solve challenging problems;
  • Strong analytical skills; able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way;
  • Eye for detail and able to work independently;
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
