Junior Marketing Expert

We are looking for an enthusiastic bilingual marketeer to join our team!

As a Digital Marketeerat iO, you will help shape the future of one of our clients in the financial industry!

• You will develop & implementdifferentiatingvalue propositions &customer journeys.
• You will ensure a consistent value proposition & support commercial success via a marketing plan. For this you will cooperate with product managers and value proposition managers, business intelligence and sales teams
• You will define the marketing plan in cooperation with all stakeholders and will be responsible for rolling out the plan
• You will map customer requirements and monitor the competitive landscape

The team

You will work in the client’s team and also often at their offices. This way, you can best share your expertise with them and are present wherever it is needed. In addition, you are fully part of iO and are supported by the full team who will guide and help you whenever you would have questions and you will also get all the accompanying benefits.In addition, knowledge is the basis of everything you do at iO. This means that you not only grow by working on challenging projects in small-scale teams but also that you can completely shape your personal growth path yourself. There are all kinds of initiatives you can share in or organise yourself, such as Expert Groups, meet-ups or hackathons.

Wat je meebrengt als Junior Marketing Expert

• You have1 year of experience working as a digital marketeer
• You are fluent in both Dutch and French
• You have excellent writing & editing skills
• You have a strong expertise in MS Office
• You have proven experience in project management & implementation of communication strategies within the financial industry
• You have the ability to see the overall picture
• You are a strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
• You have a structured approach and are goal-oriented
• You have the ability to work from our client’s office 2x a week (Brussels)
