Your Responsibilities

  • Consolidate approved/final expert inputs into consistent information packages (sales tools), without changing the integrity of those inputs, to ensure sales has all the information needed to do the sales.
  • Follows market trends, regulations and new entrants, identifies and evaluates opportunities, draws conclusions and gives advice (in terms of prices, products, …) to sales / management.
  • Participate in preparation, execution and follow-up of BENEO sales campaigns, together with sales, to ensure the most impactful campaign.
  • Analyze, review, challenge sales team on project pipeline, to ensure right decisions are taken in terms of project/product pipeline.
  • Develop business plan for new products, to convey the internal stakeholders of the relevance and profitability of that product/category.
  • Ensures all technical documentation (Technical Data Sheets, specifications, certificates, declarations, questionnaires, leaflets, ...) of a specific product range is available and up-to-date and initiates and validates all changes.
  • Gives technical information or presentations to customers, answers technical questions, presents the product range or discusses new possibilities from a technical point of view in close collaboration with sales colleagues.
  • Informs, trains and coaches colleagues and customers regarding product specifications.
  • Support CMD with 5YPL assumptions, EMM reporting, monthly reporting, pricing and product positioning… to ensure all information and knowledge is transferred and CMD is optimally supported.
  • Coordinate the approval of customer product labels and ensure communication.
Your Profile

Thinking Level And/or Experience Required For The Role

  • Bachelor/Master Degree or 5 years’ experience in a similar position; Master degree in bio engineering; Food Technology
Technical Skills (including Language(s)) Required For The Role

  • Proven analytical skills & ability to develop comprehensive product strategies
