As a Knowledge Manager, you are responsible for knowledge management across our organization, including defining guidelines and methodology and controlling the distribution, implementation, and storage of corporate knowledge.

You are responsible for:

  • Taking a hands-on lead in implementing our Sharepoint document management system, including helping to define a company-wide approach.
  • Collaborating with ICT teams to leverage technology (e.g., AI and co-pilot) for better knowledge capture, retrieval, and dissemination.
  • Working to ensure top quality security for data governance and protection.
  • Building a knowledge-driven culture and increasing data literacy.
  • Encouraging the use of common data language and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and performance.
  • Staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in knowledge management, continuously refining knowledge management strategies and approaches
  • Building and coaching a starting team of knowledge (management) experts.
