For a client based in Hamont-Achel, we are looking for a Project Engineer Lead.

Function

Leads the engineering team (Project engineer(s), Technical designer(s), Technical Support Engineer(s), Project Engineering Technician(s). The goal of the engineering team is to deliver technical processes for new products at our client, within the agreed timings, scope, budget and quality requirements.

  • Leads, guides and coaches employees;
  • Coordinates the activities and sets priorities where necessary;
  • Monitoring the internal planning;
  • Responsible for selection, purchase, management and continuous improvement of machines: with the associated procedures & documentation, User Requirement Specifications, Factory Acceptance Test and the Site Acceptance Test;
  • Supports project Department in the field of calculations and line setup;
  • Expanding and maintaining an internal and external network;
  • Responsible for Project Engineering reports.

Profile

  • Master in a technical direction;
  • Language skills: Dutch and English;
  • Experience with production processes;
  • Has leadership skills;
  • Experience with packaging machines
  • MS Office
  • Knowledge of cGMP
