Job Title – LPN (LTC)

Shifts – 5x8s (D/E/N Available)

Location – Waterloo, Geneva, Penn Yan

Pay (Local) - $1,400/wk

Pay (Travel) - $1,500/wk

Bonus - $1,875 (must not exceed more than 2 callouts during 16-week assignment)

Extra Info

Must start on time – no pushed starts permitted.

Traveler cannot exceed more than 2 call-outs during 16-week assignment

If a traveler does NOTcall-out during their 16-week assignment, they will receive the full completion bonus

$750 will be reduced from bonus for every call-out

If a traveler calls out once, they will receive $1312

If a traveler calls out twice, they will receive $750

Any traveler that calls out more than 2 times, or calls out on a holiday or a scheduled weekend shift, will not receive a completion bonus (unless RTO is preapproved)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care based on nursing plans and facility policies.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Monitor patient vitals, assess physical and mental status, and document changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalised care plans.
• Facilitate seamless patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date nursing documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols.
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Active NY LPN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care as an LPN.
