Duties and responsibilities:

Support the sales process for managed services (IT outsourcing)

Create and manage the managed service catalogue based on the technical solutions from the practices, market trends and customer opportunities/needs
Develop the sales material for mgt services
Handles RFI, pre-RFP and RFP contacts with the customer together with the Account Manager and coordinates the practice involvements
Facilitates Go/NO GO decisions (with the practices and sales) for RFP’s
Manages pragmatic bid management and coordinates with PXS
Bid Defense – with SME’s (subject matter expert)
Deal closing together with sales, facilitates the contractual phase – with Legal

Manage the proposal/solution design process

End to end managed services solution design cross practices for Build & Run
Product/service selection from the Practices or via Internal sales
Technical Services Build & Run from Practices in line with the customer’s ‘investments’ for the solution
Governance through the various operational processes
Determine service & sales strategy together with sales & practices
Costing/Pricing/P&L creation
Challenge practices/sales to come to most profitable/strategy compliant/feasible solutions!

Manage the hand-over of signed contract to operation

Organize the due diligence performed by the practices
Organize structural/managed hand-over to the practices in line with contract obligations

Job requirements:

Excellent communication & presentation skills, towards customers, top-management and sales
Relevant experience in a service company to deploy an outsourcing strategy
Sound knowledge of Belgian B2B ME market and landscape
You are ambitious and driven to achieve sharp objectives
You show entrepreneurial spirit, are proactive and stress resistant.
Be pragmatic in your approach focused on the priorities for the customer
At least 5 years of experience in the field of managed services
Good knowledge of English, French or Dutch (written and oral)
