Description

The European Commission is looking for a Management Assistant located in Geelfor a period of 6 months.

As a Management Assistant, will you have the following tasks:
  • You have previous experience in managing a secretariat;
  • Calendar management: booking appointments and meetings, reserving rooms, organizing video conferences; and providing further follow-up. Acting proactively by sending reminders for appointments and deadlines;
  • Mail and e-mail management: managing and processing e-mails and determining where action is needed;
  • Organization of meetings, both internal and virtual;
  • Participating in staff meetings: drawing up the agenda, following up action points, taking notes;
  • Taking care of communication.
Profiel

PROFILE
  • You speak English fluently and you are willing to work in English;
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams;
  • You are eager to learn to work with internal programs;
  • You are a team player, pro-active and like varied tasks.
