Position Summary

To support the department of Marketing of Purina, we are looking for a marketing assistant part-time who can support the team in different creative and administrative tasks.

A day in the life of a Marketing Assistant

  • You will manage Marketing texts translation
  • You will store product visuals and Marketing Texts (on pack and online) according to the decided organization and make them available to other teams in time (Sales, MDO)
  • You will be responsible for the PO creation and lead new supplier creation in the system for new projects.
  • You will follow up the proper execution of the P2P flow, making sure Invoice is properly booked on relevant PO, dealing with issue to find quick solutions in collaboration with Account Payable and Supplier
  • You will support Marketing team in the P2P process, proposing and developing new solutions to simplify and organize the process
  • You will manage relationship with shelter partners and organize donations of salvage stocks and of recurring donation agreements
  • You will support the marketing team in marketing communications (translations, POS material development follow up) and in website content developments (translate and upload new pages, due on-site corrections and small improvements)

Profile

  • You have 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • You speak Dutch, French and English
  • You can work in a multinational & complex environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP
  • You have strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
