We are looking for a hands-onMarketing Managerwith strong project management skills and a proven track record inoperational marketingandteam coordination.

This role is a mix ofoperational executionandteam & project management, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment where creativity meets accountability.

You’ll be part of themanagement committeeand will play a key role in ensuring that marketing actions support the business vision.

• Lead and execute all outbound marketing initiatives from A to Z
• Coordinate marketing efforts with Sales and SDR teams
• Organize and manage events, webinars, and other lead generation activities
• Oversee and optimize SEA campaigns
• Manage campaigns (planning, execution, analysis, and optimization)
• Oversee CRM and marketing automation initiatives via Hubspot
• Ensure proper admin tasks (invoices, database criteria, etc.)

• Lead and inspire a small marketing team (1:1s, task follow-up, onboarding, coaching, review….)
• Develop a vision for the marketing department
• Develop a marketing strategy for awareness, consideration, and conversion across all marketing channels, mediums, and markets.
• Define and update the marketing roadmap in line with company strategy
• Manage and create the annual marketing budget and monitor ROI
• Share regular marketing updates and KPIs with the management committee
• Analyze KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments

• Minimum5 years of marketing experience, including2 years managing a team
• Proven experience inoperational marketing, bothoutboundandinbound
• Strongproject managementandorganizationalskills
• Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationabilities
• Confident, assertive, and capable of pushing back when needed
• Hands-on and autonomous: you don’t shy away from execution
• Fluent inFrenchandEnglish(Dutch is a plus)
• Mastery ofHubspotand familiar with tools like Asana or equivalent
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a strong plus
