Role purpose
To sustain its growth, Allen & Overy LLP Belgium is currently looking for an Associate for our Taxationpractice in Brussels.

Our tax lawyers in Belgium assist domestic and international clients on a range of tax topics, often with a cross-border element. This involves not only tax structuring (in the context e.g. of mergers and acquisitions), but also tax litigation and tax risk management.


Who we are looking for
  • You obtained a Belgian Master in Law with outstanding academic resultsand an additional education in Tax Law;
  • You have 3 to 4 years of experience as a tax lawyer of tax consultant;
  • You have excellent command of English, French and/or Dutch (written and spoken);
  • You are a team player with excellent legal capabilities, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and good communication skills;
  • You like to work in a team and are able to work independently at the same time.
