Proximus has millions of customers and that is fantastic. But - and there is a but - we still have a lot of work to do. To achieve our ambitions to become the reference operator, we need to keep innovating. Also in domains other than telecom. Do you want to be part of the team that is building the future of Proximus in the domain of the financial, health & mobility services?

We have been launching new initiatives & collaborations in these 3 domains over the last years (Banx, Doktr & 4411). At the center of each of these initiatives is a mobile app that gives consumers the power to control their finances, their online doctor appointments and the way they move through their day.

To take each of these applications to mass market appeal & usage we’re looking for a Mobile App Marketeer with a proven experience in launching & growing mobile apps. You’ll work together with the different teams behind Banx, Doktr & 4411 to realize and become their app growth & lifecycle girl or guy.

Your Mission

  • Developingthe 3 year go to market strategy & story for 3 different mobile apps in which you define bold & innovative ideas for user & usage growth via paid and owned channels (in and out app).
  • Createinnovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results (paid and owned)
  • Takingthe lead on the internal storytelling around the app Go-To-Market strategy, informing senior management & governance bodies on approach & results.
  • Build,develop and manage relationship with mobile app partners, suppliers, agencies and multiple top mobile ad networks (e.g. Google, Facebook, Apple).
  • Daily follow-up of thetactical level with the digital communication lead & agencies (advertising campaign execution, content marketing plan, defining the growth marketing experiment agenda, prioritizing optimisations based on recurrent performance reporting)
  • Collaboratewith the performance team to oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment.
  • Buildinternal Go-To-Market starter kits, models & benchmarking for mobile app launches & Go-To-Market strategy to align strategies & tactics across the different apps in our ecosystem.

Profile

  • You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing & mobile app marketing
  • Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong bias toward decision making based on data
  • Tenacity and sense of urgency; ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
  • You are open to change and enjoy trying out new concepts, methods and tools.
  • You have excellent presentation skills and you have great powers of persuasion.
  • You show leadership talent, have a healthy judgement and know how and when to take decisions or seek further advice.
  • Preferably you have a good knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
  • You have agrowth mindset and are eager to learn.
