About the role

Every day we meet with SME’s and Corporates who want to implement Flexible Mobility for employees. But where to start? Should I propose a Mobility Budget? How does it work? How should I write my Mobility Policy? What about a Bike Plan? What should I propose to which employees? Many questions pop up when creating a flexible mobility policy. As a Mobility Consultant, you’re here to give them direction!

You’ll be helping our clients to create a future-proof mobility strategy that meets the needs and desires of their employees.

Your main responsibilities

• 
  You are in charge of creating and maintaining the Mobility Consulting offer of Mbrella
• Based on our customers’ needs, you design a future proof mobility strategy that will maximize the value of Mbrella for our clients
• You’ll be in charge of the end-to-end Mobility Consultancy project: you’ll organize client workshops, present the ins & outs of a flexible mobility policy, guide them through the mobility jungle, and create the deliverables
• Based on the identified needs, you will give the best recommendation on their flexible mobility policy, which can include a Mobility Budget, Commuting Allowance, Public Transport Policy, Mobility Providers recommendation, a Bike Plan that includes a Bike Leasing for employees, etc...
• You will propose the client how they can use Mbrella to implement and manage their flexible mobility policy
• Together with the Customer Success team, you will make sure that this implementation will be successful
• You participate in events, workshops, webinars, and conferences to explain and advocate flexible mobility
• We count on you to bring new ideas and take initiative to improve Mbrella continuously

Skills

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French. English is used for internal interactions.
• Ideally at least 3-year experience in a similar role
• Knowledge (or willingness to learn quickly) of the Mobility legal framework (Mobility Budget, Commuting allowances, Cafeteria plans, payrolling,etc...)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong creative writing and storytelling skills
• Commercially-driven, you are fully dedicated to making our clients happy
