We would like to reinforce our Mobility department in Zaventem airport with a (m/f) Mobility Officer.

You will be responsible for supporting all mobility related requests, offering a top notch customer experience based on our policies and guidelines as outlined in the sustainability objectives of Deloitte

Your will be responsible for:

First point of contact for all mobility related topics

• Focus on customer experience
• Listening capabilities and proposing immediate solutions or transferring to second line experts for final resolution
• Handling incoming service requests and phone calls
• After sales attitude taking care of our colleagues

Administration

• Rebillings related to administration cost fines, tyres,…
• Organization of car orders and follow up
• Reporting & listings on demand

Relationship building

• Building a professional and ethical relationship with internal clients and vendors.

You will report to the Mobility Manager.

Let’s talk about you

• You have an outspoken customer feeling and focus
• You are accurate, well organized and structured
• You have very good written and strong oral communication skills;
• You are result oriented, proactive and stress resistant.
• You have preferably a bachelor degree (in communication, Business or Finance) and you possess a relevant experience in an supportive position;
• You are fluent with MS office and SAP;
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
