New IPV Planning Specialist
In this role you will…
- You are responsible for effective planning of preventive, curative and modificative maintenance as well as metrology and legal conformity audits of facility’s equipment’s and utilities.
- In this frame, you play a key role in optimizing anniversary dates and combining these in order to make sure of their maximum availability.
- You organize and monitor performance indicators with a strong drive towards continuous improvement.
- You ensure effective planning and coordination of facility shutdown by working closely with production and technical service departments.
- You follow strategic projects and plays a key role in the definition of implementation planning execution within the facility.
- You manage and document deviations by integrating changes to maintenance operations.
This job opportunity is a permanent contract not opened for relocation.
Please note that depending on your profile and experience we may offer to employ you in the grade different from the position grade.

Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Master Degree in Bioengineer, Supply Chain (Business / Economics) or equivalent with good knowledge material Resources Planning / production activities.
- At least 3-5 years experiences with exposure to manufacturing environment.
- Experience with SAP.
- Fluent in French is mandatory (written and spoken).
- Demonstrate capability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Sense of urgency, flexibility and accountability
- People management skills with demonstrated engaging, empowering and decisive leadership style and well-developed relation building skills to gain trust and credibility and to build a great place to work and good social climate within the MPU.
- You have strong analytical and decision-making skills and able to set priorities to ensure performance objectives are reached.
- You have excellent planification and coordination skills and able to use informatic tools such as MSP and SAP to provide visual of workload distribution.
- You like to drive performance by demonstrating strategic thinking in order to challenge and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Proven record of providing excellent customer service
- You are sensitive to Safety regulations and requirements, with good EHS mindset.

Global Industrial Operations (GIO):
Once our pioneering treatments have been developed, they are manufactured to the highest standards and distributed across the regions that need them most.
