Based in Braine-l’Alleud (Waterloo – Greater Brussels area), Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for the c ustomer service in the area of Licenses Management – purchases, validation, delivery, recording, renewals, recycling.

About you

We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable IT professional with ideally a higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience.

A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.

• At least 3 years of recent Software and License Asset Management, to include some of the following areas;
• Implementation of Software and License Management processes via Software Asset Management (SAM) and/or Configuration Management Tools to improve the accuracy and to reduce the cost of licenses;
• Administration of SAM software (i.e. Aspera/USU, Snow);
• Direct support to users/customers in the area of License Management (receiving SAM requirements, performing purchase requests – PRs, liaising with acquisition team);
• Software Vendors communication to ensure correctness of licenses distribution;
• Configuration management practices and tools including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM, formerly SCCM);
• SQL database management including reporting and data extraction.

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
