Role: Online Marketing Coordinator
Contract type : Permanent
Context : Company growth
Location: Belgium or France with frequent travels to main offices in Perwez, Belgium (20’ South of Brussels)

Role and responsibilities

As part of the Marketing and Sales Team, the Online Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the:

More specifically, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

Organizing and planning events
Creating marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, branded materials, etc)
Running and planning marketing campaigns
Creating new engaging content (videos, blog articles) to educate and support lead conversion
Ensuring the marketing actions supports the conversion rate in Hubspot
Managing social media: responding to customers’ comments and queries in a timely and professional manner, developing the Soil Capital community, running social ads
Supporting PR activity to develop relationships with journalists
Occasionally representing Soil Capital at agricultural events/fairs

What about you?

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (eg: marketing, business, communications)
You have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in digital marketing: SEO / SEA / Display / Paid Social / Email
Experience with HubSpot (marketing automation) desirable
Social media skills: experience managing professional Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube accounts
Knowledge of Hootsuite (or similar programs) to manage online postings on different platforms
Autonomous, creative and results-oriented
French and English language capacity
Design skills desirable (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience in video creation desirable
Experience with website administration (WordPress) desirable
Knowledge of agriculture and/or a strong interest in the environmental and social impact of Soil Capital’s mission
