Remuneration: €67,500 - €90,000

The role of the Operations Manager – Boards, Cubicles & Washrooms will involve:

· Operations Manager position managing all activities related to the production and assembly of commercial sanitary cabins to consistently exceed customer requirements with better products, at lower cost, and with shorter lead times

· Managing warehouse and design team consisting of 6

· Would include warehousing and inventory control of other products such as partitions, accessories and lockers

· Ensure daily production requirements are met and customer orders are shipped on-time

· Refine key manufacturing processes for improved quality and lower cost

· Review product designs for manufacturability and identify opportunities to reduce lead times, reduce cost, or improve product quality

· Ensure all health and safety procedure are being met and relevant training opportunities are taken

· Ensure quality of product is maintained

· Maintain production documentation and ensure that its being followed through production processes

The ideal applicant will be an Operations Manager – Boards, Cubicles & Washrooms with:

· Must have a proven track record running a business day to day as an Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Operation Director etc

· Must have people management experience

· Must have a strong commercial and manufacturing knowledge and experience

· Open on product experience (products can be learnt)

· However ideally have experience with related product such as: market boards, glass boards, ceramic boards, toilet partitions, washroom accessories, cubicles, bathrooms cubicles, washrooms, panels, bathroom panels, washroom accessories, duct panels, lockers, benches, door hardware, ironmongery, laminates, worktops, decorative surfaces and durable surfaces (however will be open
