Private Equity associate – Brussels

I am currently searching on behalf of a strong mid cap fund based in Brussels, a sector agnostic firm with great Deal flow consistently delivering fantastic growth are looking to hire in a dynamic and driven investment associate with 2-4 years’ experience.

Position overview:

As an Investment Associate, you will play a crucial role in the deal execution process, from opportunity identification to due diligence, financial analysis, and deal structuring. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals, contributing to the success of the firm’s investment strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing financial models, contributing to negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Must be strong in financial modelling and possess superb communication skills
  • Driven, detail-orientated and independent individual who is capable contributing success within a team.
  • Strong on financial modelling tools and excel!
  • Fluent in Dutch
