Role/Responsibilities

As a Product Consultant in the Data Feed - Solution Delivery team, you will be participating in the analysis, implementation, testing, maintenance, and overall project management of various data feed deliveries. You should possess both functional and technical capabilities, together with internal-client and external-client facing skills. In general, you will be expected to assist in performing project tasks such as:-
  • Requirements gathering and analysis, working closely with our Project Managers, local Product Consultants, and Senior team members.
  • Configuring and/or customising various data feeds processes aspects based on our data, utilizing Moody’s proprietary or industry standard software tools.
  • Providing user with access to our delivery mechanisms.
  • Actively participating in enhancing our product suite and knowledge database (e.g. documentation review, feedback on products/project methodology, development of “how-to” entries, etc.).
  • Conversing with technical resources and Moody’s subject matter experts to analyze and document issues and convey corresponding solutions.
  • Manage process improvements projects.

Qualifications

  • Education within finance and/or IT (Master degree)
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience.
  • Experience in application development, preferably Python or any other programing language (VB, C++, etc.).
  • Capability to participate in all phases of an implementation project
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good presentation skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, with both internal and external parties.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting concepts, Credit Decisioning processes, and/or Financial Instruments considered beneficial. Knowledge of corporate ownership is also beneficial.
  • Fluency in English
  • French would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in SalesForce and Jira would be an advantage
  • Track record of excellent results delivered to internal or external clients would be an advantage.
