Role Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for the marketing and management of ISDIN products within the Benelux market. This role combines strategic planning, product portfolio management, budget management and market analysis.

The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and medical to maximize effectiveness and ensure succesful product launches and ongoing market sucess.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years in product management, ideally within the skincare, pharmaceuticals, or

health and beauty industries.

Proven track record of successful product launches and management in a similar market.

Skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Proficient in digital marketing

Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams

Experience in the pharmaceutical or skincare industry is a plus

Fluent in French, Dutch, and English for effective communication with local and global teams.
