Your Mission

Define and implement the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product area in close collaboration with the head of product, CMO and global and local stakeholders. Maximize business value by evolving product towards unequalled customer-centric experiences for all stakeholders

Your Responsabilities

  • Define and implement the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product area

  • Align with Global product teams on the product strategy and roadmap

  • Be responsible to handle global requests related to your product as well as to push local requests for support

  • Be the business owner of your product across the organization for all initiatives directly or indirectly impacting your product area

  • Identify and resolve issues on your roadmap

  • Work with business and engineering teams to drive meaningful impact and shape existing and new products and business models

  • Facilitate alignment and planning from discovery to go-to-market

  • Build market expertise to guide the product strategy and roadmap for your product area – market and technology trends watch, competitive intelligence, competitive pricing analysis, product & market research, market analyses, data analysis

  • You proactively identify new opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research, desk research, interaction with customers, etc.

  • Build expertise on legal and regulatory frameworks to guide product strategy & roadmap and support internal teams’ lobbying efforts for your product area

  • Inform and guide the product marketing strategy for your product area

  • Work closely with digital product owners and business analysts to define business requirements and translate them to features and stories

  • Build and present new business cases to the leadership

  • Define product positioning and USP’s

  • Define and monitor objectives and relevant KPIs for your product area supporting the company OKR’s

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and users’ needs

  • Stay up to date with technological and business developments within the sector

Profiel

Your Profile

  • Strong bias for action and "get it done" attitude

  • You are passionate about user and customer experience

  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with near term business goals

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and being able to influence on all levels

  • You have extensive experience +3 years in digital product management as a product manager or product owner

  • You have experience with agile development processes

  • You have strong analytical capabilities

  • You have the ability to prioritise. You can handle several projects and many different tasks in an organised way

  • Very good communication skills in the French, Dutch and English
