For the Gregory Europe team, we are looking for a new Marketing & Product Coordinator. Within this role, you will be part of a small but dynamic team reporting to the General Manager Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing/Communication

  • Coordination of all Gregory communication (ATL/BTL) in close collaboration with the GM
  • Helping in defining, implementing and controlling the annual communication plan
  • Evaluate, implement and control the local trade marketing and media plans
  • Work together with local agents and distributors on an optimal and effective marketing usage in each country
  • Manage the creation and production of 3rd party materials (from brief to production)
  • Manage the preparation and organization of all trade fairs Gregory is exhibiting (Ispo, Outdoor by Ispo, local trade shows)
  • Overseeing operative workflow with lead agencies for Public Relations and Social Media
  • Support digital team with asset creation and translation work when needed

Product Marketing

  • Constantly gathers and supports analysis of relevant market and competition data (to anticipate the consumer needs and ensure correct market positioning)
  • Support the global product team in developing the category strategy & launch plan for new product introductions, thanks to market knowledge, research, sales data & field visits
  • Analyses performances of the assortment and recommends actions to improve sales
  • Presents product information to key internal and external stakeholders, in a clear and comprehensive way

Profile:

  • 1-2 years + demonstrable experience in communication/marketing of sport/outdoor brands
  • Experience of creating marketing strategies and briefs, aligned to commercial strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • High affinity to outdoor activities/products
  • In-depth knowledge of social media
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and organized
  • Expert relationship-building skills, diplomacy, tact and general awareness
  • Self starter; flexible, responsive, determined, and a completer
