Our client who is moving towards Agile and has started building a Product Owner organization is looking for a Product Owner Lead for a contract in West Flanders.Your responsibilities:
  • Setting up, coaching, and managing a team of Product Owners
  • Developing a product strategy and translating it into concrete goals and a roadmap
  • Prioritizing the backlog and managing the roadmap
  • Ensuring good collaboration between Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders
  • Developing a culture focused on customer value, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Reporting to the management team on the progress of product development
  • Communicating the business value of releases
  • Co-managing the delivery team functionally, along with the team of Product Owners and team leads
Your profile:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business product management and administration, preferably in a leadership role
  • Experience in building a Product Owner organization
  • Experience with agile methodologies, product road mapping, and product backlog management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Experience in a processing software environment is a plus
