Join their forward-thinking team as a Robotics Production & Process Engineer and play a key role in optimizing production processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for ensuring QSHE compliance, driving continuous improvement, and introducing new products and methods within a cutting-edge robotics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and ensure that all work adheres to QSHE standards for safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across production processes.
  • Oversee the introduction of product changes, new methods, and the assembly of new products.
  • Adapt material lists based on assembly processes and document repairs for future improvements.
  • Implement and maintain continuous improvement measures within the robotics production line.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, with a strong electromechanical background.
  • Experience in setting up production lines in an assembly environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean Management principles and passion for researching production technology developments.
  • Hands-on problem solver with a proactive and dynamic attitude.
  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
