We are looking for a senior Program Manager to support our client’s digital journey. This role involves overseeing complex digital programs and projects, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple workstreams. You’ll be leading initiatives that support business and IT alignment, driving digital maturity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

As Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead a portfolio of digital projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage project delivery across scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to project managers and delivery teams.
  • Govern delivery processes and ensure compliance with internal frameworks.
  • Build strong relationships with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track and control budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
The Ideal Candidate

You bring:

  • 5-10 years of experience in program and/or project management in IT environments.
  • Proven experience delivering projects within pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and governance capabilities.
  • A solid grasp of digital technology trends and how they support business value.
  • The ability to shift between strategic oversight and hands-on problem-solving.
  • A track record of managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.
Language & Communication

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch and French is a plus.
