If you answered yes, you might be the Project Assistant we are looking for!
We are looking for a Project Assistant to join the Analyst team. The Analyst team works hand in hand with all the Recruitment Consultants of the company across all markets (Belgium, France, Luxembourg, international) and our clients and candidates, and the Communication and Marketing department. As a member of the Analyst team, you will have 3 main missions :

Support the recruitment consultants daily on a variety of tasks related to recruitment activities:

• Defining the profile to recruit with the clients and writing briefing reports
• Preparing candidate qualification files and references
• Updating and maintaining the Asquare Partners database
• Supporting the consultants for business meeting by preparing an insightful profiling report on our clients and prospects.

Operate market intelligence :

• Ensure a daily press review.
• Operate an overall intelligence of both the insurance and the recruitment markets by keeping an eye on the latest trends and insights in those sectors.
• Share knowledge with all your colleagues through trainings, presentation, other channels…
• Take part in other ad-hoc projects such as market or satisfaction surveys, process improvement, specific research on precise topics…

Contribute to our marketing and communication projects :

• Contribute to the writing of our monthly newsletter’s permanent sections, and propose fresh ideas for articles and sections.
• Support the Marketing & Communication Department in the organisation of various events such as our annual “actuaries afterwork”.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions to improve the company’s visibility and branding through various means.

About you

• You have a bachelor or a master’s degree in Communication / Literature / Journalism / Foreign languages / Administration or equivalent
• You are good at gathering information, analyzing, summarizing, popularizing information and writing.
• You are CURIOUS, eager to learn and can’t wait to learn more about insurance.
• You enjoy supporting your colleagues and working as a team towards a common goal.
• You are able to adapt to a fast-changing environment and to prioritize your tasks.
• You are proactive, resourceful and able to work autonomously.
• You speak and write Dutch, English and French.
