You Will Take The Lead In

As a Project Controller your focus will be to support our Finance Director and International Controlling Manager in M&A subjects.
  • Building Business cases in pre M&A phase
  • Coordinating and follow up of Due Diligence
  • Follow up after M&A phase
You will ensure consolidated financial reporting to meet contractual and statutory requirements. You will provide hands-on support and implement policies and procedures.

You will integrate financial operations following post-acquisitions to ensure operational and financial control of newly acquired entities.

You will define best practices to include and implement policies, processes and systems throughout local entities.

You will drive finance projects such as ERP implementation (SAP).

Profile
  • You have a Master’s degree and minimum 3 years experience in controlling.
  • You have experience working in international environments.
  • You are a strong communicator with all levels within an organization and have a good commercial awareness & strong business acumen.
  • You are fluent in English, good mastering of Dutch is an extra.
  • You work in a structured, pro-active manner.
  • You have a high sense of urgency, ownership and flexible mindset.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
