RESPONSIBILITIES

• Your mission is to contribute to the successful delivery of projects within the Oil-free Air Division.
• You will be part of the Oil-free Tooth compressor team where our client develop the latest generation of highly efficient tooth compressors.
• Your main responsibility will start with analysing and summarising technical challenges and opportunities in order to define project scope, timing and budget. Followed by actual project execution where the tasks consist of:

• Chair project meetings
• Lead unit conceptualisation, design activities, qualification plan
• Execute and check component specification and selection
• Coordinate lab and field activities
• Close follow-up with all involved departments: production, marketing, purchasing, service, etc.
• Reporting status to management through reports and presentations
• Support other product companies with localization of designs.

• At the end of the project it is expected that knowledge is captured and shared across the relevant parties inside the company.

PROFILE

• You have a solid technical background
• You have an analytical mindset and aiming for perfection
• You have experience in project management is a plus
• You have strong communication skills to different tiers in the organisation including management reporting.
• You have knowledge of English is mandatory, Dutch is preferred.
• You are self driven and able to motivate and inspire a team
• You are up-to-date with latest technological and market evolutions
